I was planning on possibly picking up extra hours at the bike shop where I do my mentorship to get a further understanding of what rich does to keep this shop so organized and running smoothly.
(2) Describe in detail how you think your plan will meet the 30 hours work requirement.
I usually will help around the shop from open to close, if the shop opens generally around 10 a.m and closes 5 p.m a few days should fulfill the requirement of hours.
(3) How does your independent study component relate to your working EQ?
My EQ is: What is the best way to sustain a profitable bike shop? So by working alongside my mentor who is the owner of a bike shop he can show me the way to truly answer my EQ.
